Our Inspections

Here are some things your home inspection would like you to know as a homebuyer and seller.

FOR BUYERS

Inspections Aren’t Optional.

You should never skip a home inspection, even if you are being told it isn’t necessary. Knowing the home’s condition should be your priority. A home inspection will save you from future expensive repairs because of undiscovered issues that a professional inspector will find.

New Homes Need Inspections, Too

Just because a home is newly built, doesn’t mean it is in perfect shape. Government inspectors and contractors are not usually knowledgeable enough to find all the building issues. You need an experienced home inspector to thoroughly check a building while it is still under the construction company’s warranty.

You Get What You Pay For

There’s no return policy once a home is purchased. It is always best to hire an experienced professional home inspector rather than settle for the cheapest one you can find.

No building is perfect.

All buildings need an inspection because there will always be some flaws or something that needs improvement. The quality of the result depends on how good your inspector is. It doesn’t mean you have to back out of the deal because of superficial flaws.

Anything Can Be Fixed.

The question is usually not whether or not it can be fixed, but instead how much the repair will cost.

If your home inspector found a problem, you can then find out how much it would cost to fix it. Some problems might require you to spend a lot of money, and some would just need a few bucks to repair.
